Blake Park
Lead Strategist and President
A seasoned entrepreneurial executive with startup and large company background, Blake is recognized for dynamic and creative leadership in business and consumer marketing, branding and product innovation.

Prior to founding NimbleStrategies, Blake served as vice president of marketing and sales for enterprise software company Tahajo Technologies. He previously was vice president of marketing at Imandi.com, launching that company’s integrated marketing programs to establish the company’s brand in the consumer marketplace. As head of PhotoDisc (now Getty Images) e-commerce activities, Blake oversaw the overhaul of the company’s website to increase online sales to more than one third of the company’s overall sales from less than 19% in just 20 months.

Blake's professional background also includes serving as Vice President of Strategy and Insights for Wunderman / Young & Rubicam Brands on the Microsoft account. His previous experience also includes Cingular Wireless, where he launched the company's first customer lifecycle management (CLM) program to stimulate text messaging (SMS) use by customers. Additional management experience includes overseeing Sierra Entertainment's e-commerce activities and as senior director of marketing at USC’s business school, where Blake led the strategic repositioning of the school, launched a magazine, and developed marketing programs that increased European applications more than 10-fold.

Blake also has worked in international management consulting and PR for The Partridge Group and Porter Novelli Public Relations.

Blake earned his undergraduate degree from Yale and an MBA in entrepreneurship and marketing from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He lives in Seattle, Washington.

Mark Miller
Senior Strategist and Vice President
With a unique background in both the public and private sectors, Mark is a seasoned professional with experience in one-to-one and web-based marketing programs, along with extensive experience in startup, product launch and acquisition integration environments. Mark comes from holding several director-level positions at Network Commerce, an e-commerce infrastructure and marketing services company, most recently as director of one-to-one marketing operations, where he supervised the launch of more than 300 campaigns, managed privacy policy compliance, and implemented automated performance planning, capacity planning and optimization tools that reduced campaign costs 85% during one quarter. Mark previously served as director of partner relationships, managing channel partners and company syndication programs domestically and internationally, successfully increasing the company’s partner base 70% over four months through incentive and joint-marketing programs. In other director-level roles, Mark oversaw content management, product management, CRM integration and account management.

Prior to Network Commerce Mark was vice president of CaseCentral.com, a leading ASP and technology services company to the legal industry. In this position Mark oversaw the rapid expansion of the company’s offices and services, increasing gross margins from 34% to 54% in less than two years. In addition, Mark was extensively involved in the company’s strategic management, business development, marketing and public relations.

In addition to his private sector executive experience, Mark has 10 years’ public sector management experience in finance and fund development. Mark earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington.

Fran O'Connor
Senior Strategist
Bringing senior-level strategic development and marketing experience, Fran O’Connor also offers extensive experience in team and general leadership development. Her track record shows a consistent focus in helping companies gain profitability through operational efficiencies while simultaneously driving sales growth. While at Getty Images, Fran architected the Design Studio turnarounds in the company’s Seattle and London headquarters, creating the framework for reliable delivery of innovative online and print marketing promotions to support double-digit sales growth. An expert in developing integrated advertising, direct mail and interactive marketing programs, Fran directed Getty Images’ in-house advertising and direct marketing agency to sustain the company’s sales growth of more than 20%.

Prior to joining PhotoDisc/Getty Images, Fran headed a marketing and sales management consultancy, helping small businesses ranging from ISPs to construction firms develop profitable revenue streams and grow market share as well as formulate more effective organizational structures. In addition, Fran spent 11 years in the publishing industry, including seven years at American Passage Media Corp., where after turning around a failing business unit, she directed sales, marketing and operations to increase unit profitability by 23% in one year through a combination of cost reductions and strategic expansion. Fran earned her undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Washington.
